📋 Description

• Assess patients by phone, reviewing sleep, pain and mental health concerns, clinical history and suitability for treatment • Conduct scheduled back-to-back consultations, including new patient screenings and follow-ups • Write clear, accurate clinical notes that meet standards • Collaborate with doctors, customer service and operations teams to provide patients with a smooth experience

🎯 Requirements

• Current APC as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand • Current professional indemnity insurance • 2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience • Based in New Zealand • Genuine interest in alternative therapies and an open mind about their role in symptom management • Warm, clear communication and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone • Accurate typing while staying engaged in conversation • Meticulous clinical documentation and comfort working to set protocols • Ability to manage your own day and stay focused through a full schedule of consultations • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly • Previous telehealth or remote work experience highly regarded • Experience with Indici is a bonus
