📋 Description

• Handle member inquiries via tickets and chat in a timely and professional manner • Help reduce ticket backlog during peak periods • Investigate member account issues and provide accurate resolutions • Follow internal workflows and support procedures • Escalate complex cases when necessary • Maintain high quality standards and SLA performance • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth support operations

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Support or Member Support roles • Strong written English communication skills • Ability to follow processes and work independently • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities • Must **not have a conflicting permanent full-time job** that would limit availability during business hours • Ability to join during the day when backlog support is required • Availability to work weekends is required
