📋 Description

• Handle a high volume of emails, reports and reviews efficiently and professionally • Provide fast, accurate and friendly responses across Daft.ie, DoneDeal.ie, Adverts.ie and Gumtree.ie • Investigate the root cause of queries and complaints • Spot patterns and escalate issues to the developer and trust teams when needed • Prioritise time across different types of requests • Monitor platforms for fraudulent activity and report findings • Troubleshoot technical queries and follow processes to resolve issues • Build deep product and platform expertise and understand users

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in a customer service role • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Keen eye for detail and pattern recognition • Strong time management and ability to work independently • Comfortable flagging issues clearly to the wider team • Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus • Available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday each week • Currently based in Ireland with full working rights
