📋 Description

• Perform routine payment reviews using internal tools or large data exports to identify and mitigate high-risk transactions • Make proactive decisions regarding anti-fraud rules across all Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to boost payment acceptance • Own the chargeback lifecycle, including daily monitoring, processing, investigation, and documentation • Handle payment-related tasks and queries escalated by the Customer Service team • Serve as a contact for White Label partners and assist with fraud prevention measures • Define, document, and implement new operational workflows for payment operations • Define and create key reporting metrics (KPIs) to monitor critical operational performance indicators

🎯 Requirements

• Previous ~ 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Payment Support, or Fraud Prevention • Experience working with a major Payment Service Provider (PSP) as a Fraud Analyst or in Customer Support • Strong understanding of the global payment ecosystem and various payment providers (e.g., Adyen, Checkout, dLocal) • Proven experience with Excel for data analysis and reporting • Familiar with chargeback processing and monitoring • In-depth knowledge of chargebacks and dispute resolution and the representation process with Payment Providers • Good analytical skills with the ability to review large datasets and draw actionable conclusions quickly • Self-intuitive and resilient, focused on long-term prevention and risk assessment • Ability to work autonomously and create processes from scratch.
