• Plan, execute and oversee all operational aspects of educational programs and experiences, from pre- to post-event; • Ensure flawless execution with attention to every detail — from the physical venue to the setup and support materials; • Create and maintain schedules and operational checklists, ensuring deadlines are met and deliveries meet quality standards; • Be present at events and immersive experiences to ensure every stage reflects our standard of excellence; • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts (catering, promotional items, print services, audiovisual, transportation, etc.); • Coordinate logistics for instructors, subject-matter experts and external partners, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with internal policies; • Manage pre- and post-event communications, attendance lists, certificates and feedback; • Evaluate current processes and propose practical, creative improvements to operations and participant experience;
• Previous experience in events, production, educational operations or executive programs; • Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive profile with excellent execution skills; • Energy and dynamism to work in an agile environment with multiple simultaneous deliverables; • Absolute focus on the learner/customer experience and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Proficiency with organizational tools (Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Asana or equivalents); • Availability to attend in-person events, with occasional travel.
