• Complete Ownership of Growth KPIs • Independently plan and achieve goals using available resources. • Understand relationships and tradeoffs between different metrics to drive revenue and margin improvements. • Lead production of creative, customer insights-driven campaigns for non-intent driven channels such as paid social (Meta/Facebook ads, Instagram, TikTok). • Oversee all marketing opportunities, including paid search, social, display advertising, and affiliate programs. • Manage daily interactions in interactive channels, moderating comment dialogues. • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance customer journeys and optimize conversion rates. • Utilize dashboards and data tools to identify performance changes and improvement opportunities. • Champion A/B testing across platforms and campaigns to discover effective strategies. • Work with the design team to develop innovative creative testing methods to increase conversion rates.
• 3+ years of in-house Growth Marketing experience focused on revenue growth. • Comfortable with unconventional problem-solving and an iterative approach. • Proven track record in digital marketing and managing paid acquisition channels. • Strong analytical skills, including expertise in performance metrics and financial modeling. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
