📋 Description

• Bank/credit reconciliations • Transaction categorization & cleanup • Accounts receivable/payable review • Month-end closing support • Organize financial documentation • Client onboarding • Track pending documents • Support bookkeeping workflows • Assist with billing/admin tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years bookkeeping/accounting experience • QuickBooks Online required • Knowledge of accrual-based accounting preferred • Legal or property management accounting a plus • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (completed or in progress) • Strong English communication skills • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive
