• Supervisar y liderar equipos de SDRs, BDRs y Appointment Setters. • Realizar coaching, seguimiento y evaluaciones de desempeño. • Monitorear KPIs y asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos. • Identificar oportunidades de mejora e implementar planes de acción. • Gestionar escalaciones y apoyar al equipo en la resolución de desafíos. • Participar en procesos de contratación, onboarding y desarrollo del equipo.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Supervisor de Ventas, Team Leader o líder de equipos comerciales. • Experiencia en ventas outbound, prospección o generación de citas. • Experiencia gestionando KPIs y desempeño de equipos. • Inglés avanzado (B2+ o superior). • Habilidades de coaching, liderazgo y desarrollo de talento. • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y orientados a resultados. • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas. • Deseable experiencia construyendo o escalando equipos comerciales.
