• Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including payer touchpoints and cross-functional check-ins. • Prepare and distribute agendas, summaries, and follow-up notes to ensure clear communication and next steps. • Track key projects, timelines, and deliverables, driving timely follow-up and completion. • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation to monitor account activities and progress toward goals. • Support the team in managing priorities and communication across stakeholders. • Assist in developing presentation materials and reports for leadership and payer meetings. • Contribute to process improvements that strengthen organization, efficiency, and documentation across the team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 2+ years in project coordination, operations, or administrative support. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Clear and effective written and verbal communication. • Comfort working with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Asana). • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
