• Own a book of client accounts: onboarding, regular check-ins, coordinating delivery. • Drive **renewals and upsells**; get ahead of at-risk accounts before they churn. • Be the client's trusted point of contact.
🎯 Requirements
• You've **personally owned client relationships in a services or agency business** — responsible for keeping clients happy and **renewing** them, not just delivering work. • Calm, proactive, organized; comfortable on video with clients. • Fluent **English**; Arabic a strong plus (client-facing in the region).
