• Conduct active social media monitoring • Create content and publish e-commerce promotions/animations across all social media platforms • Create content calendars and schedule posts in advance • Track and analyze performance metrics • Prospect new clients using digital communication channels • Engage with the community by responding to messages, comments and conversations • Prepare and write promotional campaigns • Develop influencer strategies and liaise with influencers
