• Réaliser une veille active sur les réseaux • Création de contenus et mise en ligne des animations e-commerce sur l’ensemble des réseaux sociaux • Établir des plannings afin de planifier les post en amont • Suivi et analyse des statistiques • Prospection de nouveaux clients via les moyens de communication digitaux • Interagir avec la communauté en répondant aux messages, commentaires et conversations • Préparation et rédaction de campagnes promotionnelles • Création de stratégie d’influence et contact avec les influenceurs
