📋 Description

• Assist in creating and updating: -Help Center articles -Feature documentation -Onboarding guides -Release notes -Internal process documentation • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand new features • Translate complex product functionality into clear, customer-friendly documentation • Support documentation for integrations and APIs (where applicable) • Help structure and maintain our knowledge base • Ensure documentation aligns with product updates and releases • Structure and maintain documentation in tools such as Notion, Confluence, GitBook, or similar

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer • Strong portfolio of technical documentation (mandatory) • Excellent written English skills • Experience documenting digital products, SaaS platforms, or APIs • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Strong communication skills with technical stakeholders • Nice to Have • Experience documenting APIs or developer-focused products • Knowledge of Markdown, Git, Confluence, Notion, GitBook, or similar tools • Experience working in startup or fast-paced tech environments • Ability to create documentation standards and style guides
