📋 Description

• Regularly interact with Senior Directors, Directors other Associate Directors and Exec Team • Responsible for strategic direction, quality assurance, and execution within all mechanical BIM operations • Develop, refine, and execute BIM standards, technology strategies, and delivery workflows • Oversee the performance, training, and growth of mechanical BIM users • Play a key role in cross-departmental collaboration, digital transformation initiatives, and project delivery excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, architectural engineering, or related field • Minimum of thirteen (13) years of experience in mechanical design and BIM management • Demonstrated leadership in BIM implementation across multiple projects and teams • Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent registration preferred • Autodesk Revit Professional Certification or equivalent experience required
