📋 Description
• Perform and enhance revenue assurance controls over merchant fees, FX spreads, and balances. • Execute audit and control procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. • Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions. • Prepare reports and provide insights to management on risk and control performance. • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Product, and IT to resolve issues and strengthen processes. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to automate controls and reduce manual interventions.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in internal/external audit, financial controls, or reconciliations in multinational companies. • Background in auditing or control (Public Accountant or similar degree). • Strong Excel skills and ability to handle large datasets. • Fluent English (spoken and written). Nice to have Portuguese. • Experience in public companies and exposure to SOX controls. • Knowledge of fintech or the payments industry. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ownership-driven. • Proactive, independent, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
