📋 Description
• Coordinate accounting registrations and management reporting for companies across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa • Prepare monthly financial reporting for management and statutory purposes, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow • Manage the invoicing process for merchants and coordinate vendor payments, expenses, and administrative workflows • Develop and implement new processes to improve automation, accuracy, and control • Define and apply accounting policies under IFRS and local authority requirements • Coordinate external audits across multiple jurisdictions
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of professional experience in accounting, external audit, and administration • 6+ years in Big Four firms (audit and financial reporting) • 6+ years in management roles • Solid expertise in IFRS • Experience with ERPs (SAP preferred); ERP implementation experience is a plus • Accounting degree; MBA or Finance postgraduate degree is a plus • Strong communication skills with fluent English (additional languages a plus)
