📋 Description

• Work as part of a team and occasionally collaborate with Engineering, Application, IT, and Project Management teams • Extract, transform, and load data to hosted platforms via custom plugins or flat files • Provide technical customer assistance via telephone, email, and screen-shares • Create accounts and send invitations to end users, with platform walkthroughs when requested • Create databases and establish customer permissions before providing credentials • Investigate client inquiries concerning printing, search results/creation, and technical issues • Pick up tasks from the internal task system while adhering to internal SLAs • Attend team meetings and company town-halls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or professional experience (3+ years) • Strong knowledge/working experience of E-Discovery tools, especially Relativity • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks • Critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work direction • High technical aptitude or ability to learn quickly • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • No license or certification required • India compensation is based upon the local competitive market
