📋 Description

• Drive the delivery of a School-Based Services Electronic Health Record (EHR) system • Serve as the technical lead for the EHR product • Translate business needs into technically feasible product direction • Provide direction on infrastructure, platform decisions, and system architecture • Coordinate across DVHA, ADS, AOE, school districts, and EHR vendors • Lead and oversee data migration and system integrations/interfaces • Ensure a structured release management process • Drive and refine Agile and hybrid delivery practices across teams • Research industry trends, EHR best practices, and market capabilities • Communicate technical debt, risks, and trade-offs clearly to executive stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Technology Delivery • Experience leading EHR / EMR implementations or healthcare IT systems • Proven success in large-scale system implementations (public sector preferred) • Experience managing vendor-driven delivery environments • Strong understanding of EHR platforms and healthcare data workflows • System integration, APIs, and interoperability • Data migration strategies and execution • Experience with Agile / hybrid delivery models • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Experience with state Medicaid, public health, or education systems • Familiarity with HIPAA and health data compliance environments • Background in multi-organization implementations (state + vendor + local entities)
