• understanding of agent orchestration patterns and Agentic AI architectures • ability to design and build end-to-end solutions across backend, frontend and integrations • practical experience with LLM APIs • experience participating in project estimations and solution scoping • ability to identify risks, unknowns and delivery trade-offs • ownership mindset and ability to independently drive delivery • experience working directly with clients, stakeholders or product teams.
