📋 Description

• Delivering high-quality, compliant software writing well-tested, maintainable code • Leading technical delivery driving complex projects through simple, pragmatic solutions • Improving our systems leaving things healthier than you found them by advocating for technical work • Collaborating across teams working closely with Product, design, and fellow engineers • Raising the bar reviewing PRs with empathy and clarity, mentoring teammates • Contributing to engineering-wide initiatives engaging in tech co-operatives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong production experience as a fullstack engineer with Elixir on the backend • Confident enough to pick up frontend React • Experience working in a startup or scaleup environment • Hands-on experience with databases and GraphQL in production environments • A track record of leading technical delivery on complex projects • Experience working in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment • Experience producing clear technical documentation • A history of improving the systems and codebases you work in
