📋 Description

• Own and deliver end-to-end data science and BI projects from exploration and experimentation through production deployment • Build predictive models and machine learning solutions for business decision-making and operational efficiency • Analyze large datasets to identify actionable insights, trends, and growth opportunities • Design and evaluate experiments and A/B tests • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, business stakeholders, and analytics teams • Improve and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML workflows with Data and ML engineering teams • Use AI tools, copilots, and AI agents to automate workflows and accelerate experimentation • Contribute to model development, testing, deployment, and documentation best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics roles • Strong Python skills • Hands-on experience with Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch • Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation, machine learning, and model evaluation • Experience with large datasets, SQL, and data warehouses such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake • Familiarity with MLOps and modern development practices including Git, Docker, MLflow, and CI/CD • Experience using AI-powered tools or AI agents to improve efficiency and automate repetitive tasks • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions • Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced, and cross-functional environments • Experience with Airflow, Kubernetes, Jupyter Notebook, Athena, or other big data technologies is a bonus • Experience with NLP, LLMs, or AI agent workflows is a bonus • Familiarity with Tableau or Superset is a bonus • Previous SaaS or high-growth tech experience is a bonus • Must already have legal right to work in the country of residence or role location • Visa sponsorship is not available
