• Lead technical teams and drive innovation • Foster collaboration between global teams • Steer product development • Manage a talented engineering team • Challenge technical solutions to balance product, business, and engineering objectives • Contribute to global technical strategy • Define architecture and standards • Ensure timely delivery • Create and nurture a culture of collaboration, performance, and accountability • Clearly document and communicate technical opportunities, constraints, and action items
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of successful tech team leadership • Confident managing large teams (20+) • Proven track record in growing and mentoring engineers • Hands-on experience in software development • Customer-centric focus • Comfortable communicating in written and verbal English across global teams
