📋 Description

• Conduct consultative sales of the NOA product to clients in our existing customer base in Brazil; • Optimize lead filtering and prospecting to capture potential leads; • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, demonstrations, follow-up, and closing; • Contribute to achieving the team's KPIs and targets; • Map customers' current product usage to identify opportunities to enhance their results, aiming for customer loyalty and retention; • Escalate technical issues to the support team to ensure the product functions properly for the customer.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with short sales cycles (preferably in technology or healthcare); • Experience applying structured sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, BANT, NEAT, SNAP, etc.; • Experience across all stages of the sales funnel, from prospecting to closing; • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar); • Ability to conduct product demonstrations in a clear, educational, and concise manner; • Organized, disciplined, with strong sales pipeline management skills; • Comfortable with technology, knowledge of AI, and ability to present technical arguments; • Results-oriented and highly adaptable, with a focus on expansion targets; • Knowledge of customer retention best practices is a plus.
