📋 Description

• Perform consultative sales of the NOA product to clients within our existing base in Brazil; • Work on filter optimization and prospecting to capture potential B2C leads; • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, product demonstrations, follow-up and closing; • Contribute to achieving the team's KPIs and targets; • Map customers' current product usage to identify opportunities to enhance their results, aiming for customer loyalty and retention; • Escalate technical issues to the support team, ensuring proper product functioning for the customer.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in consultative B2C sales (preferably in technology or healthcare); • Ability to conduct product demonstrations in a clear and concise manner; • Organized and disciplined with strong sales pipeline management; • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar); • Comfortable with technology, knowledge of AI, and ability to present technical arguments; • Result-oriented and highly adaptable, with a focus on growth targets; • Knowledge of customer retention best practices is a plus.
