âą Actively prospect potential customers via phone, email, WhatsApp and social media, using cold calling strategies and outbound cadences. âą Generate interest among prospects through a consultative approach to understand their needs and how our solutions can help. âą Qualify leads by critically assessing fit with our solutions before handing them off to the Sales Executive. âą Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce) and internal spreadsheets, ensuring detailed records of each contact. âą Execute contact sequences (automated and personalized) consistently to maximize engagement with prospects. âą Perform consistent follow-ups with leads, adhering to the defined cadence for each funnel stage. âą Monitor metrics and KPIs, proposing optimizations to the prospecting process and continuously seeking to improve results.
âą Previous experience in Outbound prospecting (SDR or Pre-Sales), including cold calling. âą Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) and sales automation tools. âą Results-oriented, with ambition and motivation to meet aggressive targets. âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for building rapport and conveying value quickly. âą Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency to manage multiple leads simultaneously and avoid missed opportunities. âą Proactivity, resilience and persuasive ability to overcome objections and sustain a steady prospecting rhythm. âą Interest in building a career in sales and new business development, with a commitment to continuous growth and learning.
