📋 Description

• Maintain and evolve infrastructure and deployment pipelines. • Collaborate with engineering teams on architectural decisions and production-readiness practices. • Work on complex, high-impact projects, including our journey toward a global infrastructure. • Promote a culture of observability, automation, and operational excellence through example and collaboration. • Collaborate with engineering teams on DevOps topics, providing support and guidance as needed. • Share knowledge and best practices on platform engineering principles, CI/CD, observability, incident response, and production reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in DevOps (software engineer with a strong focus on infrastructure, CI/CD, reliability, and automation). • Experience contributing to infrastructure and reliability improvements in complex systems. • Practical proficiency with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability tools — focused on using these for agile delivery, implementing quality test gates, diagnosing application performance, and enabling actionable alerts. • Experience in service management, incident management, and root cause analysis. • Ability to influence teams and promote DevOps best practices in a growing organization. • Proactive mindset, sense of urgency, and strong communication skills. • Fluent English (B2 level) for collaboration with global colleagues. • Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
