📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of proposal development, including: • RFI / RFQ / RFP responses • Technical, management • Compliance and submission readiness • Shape early-stage opportunities, including customer engagement, competitive positioning, and win strategy development • Partner with Business Development to identify and qualify new pursuits aligned with growth priorities • Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal) to deliver high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and customer mission requirements. • Coordinate closely with cross functional teams including engineering, finance, and legal. • Drive internal alignment to ensure proposals reflect feasible, scalable, and competitive offerings • Provide insights and lessons learned to improve future capture and proposal efforts • Provide technical support at trade shows and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in capture management, proposal management, or business development within aerospace, defense, or space industries • Proven track record of leading and winning complex federal and/or commercial proposals • Experience working on large-scale, technically complex space or defense programs • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
