• Supports improvements in primary care in the family practice setting • Develops quality improvement capacity across practice teams • Optimizes health technology platforms and workflows • Works closely with key community partners to deliver practice support services
• A Bachelor's degree in Health Services, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or related field • 3-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience • A solid understanding of the BC health system • Experience working directly in a family practice or in a supporting role an asset • Health technology expertise • Familiar with one or more EMR systems
