• Lead technical discovery for new product initiatives, including feasibility, system impacts, performance factors, and integration considerations. • Partner with Product Managers to refine scope, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on technical constraints and tradeoffs. • Translate product intent into clear technical requirements, acceptance criteria, diagrams, and specifications. • Collaborate with Engineering on solution design, architectural alignment, and modeling system interactions. • Provide technical context during high-level estimations, sprint planning, refinement, and development discussions. • Create and maintain internal documentation related to services, data flows, APIs, and domain models. • Surface risks, opportunities, and innovations relevant to our architecture, AI capabilities, and healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7, DSM, etc.). • Support Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Operations by providing clear context on system behavior and upcoming changes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems. • 5+ years in a technical product, systems analysis, engineering, or technical program role. • Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and integrations. • Experience writing technical requirements and acceptance criteria with Product Managers. • Ability to translate between business needs and technical details clearly and effectively. • Experience collaborating with architects and engineering leads on solution design. • Strong documentation and communication skills. • Comfort working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
