📋 Description

• You are a strategic growth leader and business partner for a defined market segment and its related B2C applications • You are accountable for the direction, development and commercial performance of your area of responsibility • You combine strategic foresight, commercial excellence and cross-functional leadership • You strengthen Döhler's position as a trusted partner through market intelligence, customer insight and digital enablement • You drive alignment among internal global and regional stakeholders • You enable Sales by providing know‑how transfer and support

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Category or Product Management within the B2B ingredients industry (from market analysis and product portfolio development to product launches, go‑to‑market strategy, sales support and enablement), ideally in the Life Science & Nutrition market • B2B and B2C know‑how in Food or Nutraceuticals • Experience working in an international environment, in particular in Europe and North America • Successful experience in B2B sales or in product science and nutrition is a plus • Fluent in English; German is a plus
