• You contribute to the development and activation of our Foodservice product portfolio • You manage the assortment together with the product and market-segment organization and with the relevant internal stakeholders within our global matrix organization • You define a roadmap to drive business in the market segment in close alignment with the Market Segment Head • You work closely with R&D, Pricing and Sales to align and steer projects • You actively monitor competitors to benchmark our portfolio and prepare competitive analyses • You actively monitor and analyze customer menus and identify opportunities for Döhler via direct or indirect sales approaches • You support the sales team by actively engaging with customers and by participating in customer visits and presentations • For one specific key customer, you ensure strong and dynamic teamwork with the responsible Account Manager • You define success metrics and analyze customer feedback and product usage • You communicate up-to-date and aligned portfolio updates within and outside the organization • You deliver in-house training to foster a deeper understanding of the Foodservice portfolio
• At least 5 years' experience as a Category, Marketing or Account Manager in the Foodservice industry, ideally in a B2B environment • Ideally experienced with QSR customers (Marketing, Sales, Business Development) across Europe and MEA (Middle East & Africa) • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Food Technology • Proven track record creating concepts and executing product launches with Foodservice customers • Strong customer mindset with the ability to engage directly and transparently with customers and to build partnership-based relationships • Excellent organizational and project-management skills to help meet deadlines • Team player with a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking • Able to manage ambiguity, change and multiple priorities in a very dynamic work environment • Highly enthusiastic about Foodservice concepts and products • Willingness to travel • Fluent in English; German is beneficial • Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to prepare and present engaging, visually compelling presentations • Strong in consumer insight analysis and able to analyze social media trends and translate them into our product offering
