🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience • 4+ years in engineering management roles • Hands-on, real-life experience building cloud-based SaaS products • Running services in production on AWS, GCP, or Azure • API first mindset • Strong background in databases, SQL, query optimization, and BigQuery • Track record of visibly transforming an engineering team • Deep technical fluency in your team's primary stack • Strong opinions on high-performing engineering teams • Excellent judgment under pressure • Direct, candid communication.
