🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of engineering experience • 4+ years in engineering management roles where you actively coded as part of your responsibilities • Hands-on, real-life experience building cloud-based SaaS products on AWS, GCP, or Azure • Strong background in databases, SQL, query optimization, and BigQuery • A track record of taking an engineering team and visibly transforming it • Deep technical fluency in your team's primary stack • Strong opinions on how high-performing engineering teams operate • Excellent judgment under pressure • Direct, candid communication
