📋 Description

• Leading a team of engineers and owning its delivery and development • Implementing a mindset and process of continuous improvement • Responsible for the professional well-being and career development of team members • Developing the next layer of leadership • Writing and reviewing code, making technical decisions • Driving architectural and technical design decisions • Upholding engineering standards through thorough code review • Managing the team's commitments and deliveries • Executing planning, prioritization, and delivery • Communicating effectively with various stakeholders • Participating in the hiring and recruitment process

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience • 4+ years in engineering management roles • Hands-on experience building cloud-based SaaS products • Experience running services in production on AWS, GCP, or Azure • Strong background in databases, SQL, query optimization, and BigQuery • Track record of transforming engineering teams • Deep technical fluency in your team's primary stack • Strong opinions on high-performing engineering teams operations • Excellent judgment under pressure • Direct, candid communication
