• As a Principal Customer Engineer, you’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor to our most strategic customers.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years experience with web application architectures, including mobile, web, and API layers. • Deep integration skills across mobile, web, and network layers. • Proven success in enterprise-scale integrations or solution engineering. • Comfortable operating at the intersection of security, DevOps, and customer advocacy. • Strong technical communication, advisory, and mentoring abilities. • Expertise in web/app/API security, or fraud prevention. • Proficiency in traffic analysis (Data viz tools), scripting (Python/JS), or observability tools (grafana, prometheus, etc.). • Bonus: Expertise in Bot Management. • Bonus: Strong technical communication, advisory, and mentoring abilities. • Bonus: Experience with machine learning signals or security model tuning.
