📋 Description

• Drive the performance of the Loan Processing team by ensuring loans move efficiently through the pipeline • Create a more scalable and efficient operation by identifying opportunities to improve processes • Develop and mentor a high-performing team that embraces accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement • Ensure complete, and accurate loans are produced • Manage a team of up to 8 Loan Processors • Verify loan document integrity is maintained • Ensure all loan files are compliant • Manage and resolve escalated issues • Ensure team remains informed on any changes • Drive and ensure staff performance goals are met • Support senior management in developing and executing strategic plans • Assist with directing loan processing to ensure targets are met • Manage daily production reports and staff work volume • Continuously look for opportunities to improve workflows • Utilize company-provided AI technologies as a regular part of daily responsibilities • Contribute ideas that help the team scale effectively while maintaining a high standard of service

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Loan Processing experience • 5+ years of management experience • Prior experience processing DSCR Loans • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office • Prior Salesforce experience is a plus • Hard money lending experience is a plus • Analytical thinking skills • Advanced verbal and written communication skills • Technically savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly • Prior experience with AI tools is a plus • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills • Advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills • Advanced skills interpreting, applying and explaining written and oral regulations, and instructions • Self-starter
