• Review executed mortgage documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. • Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing documentation with title companies and loan processors. • Provide final authorization for the disbursement of funds once all funding conditions are met. • Maintain accurate records of all funding activities and related communications. • Act as a central point of contact for funding status inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. • Proactively flag and address potential issues to prevent funding delays.
