📋 Description

• Lead initiatives focused on banking functionalities within WhatsApp, including transactional features such as PIX, boleto payments, account statement inquiries and investments; • Responsible for the P&L of the business line, including controls and adjustments necessary for budget execution; • Present results and indicators in executive forums and lead projects with other teams across the company; • Responsible for the account opening channel for INSS and CLT customers, including the transfer of INSS benefits and salaries, respectively.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Social Communication, Marketing or Economics; • Professional experience at financial companies whose business is directly related to account opening (current, investment or similar) via digital channels; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required; • Ability to work with data, interpret and perform analyses using queries (SQL) and dashboards; • Knowledge of the steps involved in a current account opening flow and familiarity with salary portability and/or INSS benefit portability; • Experience with digital account opening journeys, salary portability and INSS benefit portability; • Ability to analyze data related to customer behavior, adoption and usage of digital products in conversational environments and mobile apps.
