📋 Description

• Create processes and applications using Machine Learning or Generative AI that deliver business value through insights, categorization, process automation, or new products; • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical teams, facilitating collaboration and mutual understanding; • Work closely with other teams, anticipating needs and providing support to ensure project success; • Develop process and product projects that utilize Machine Learning and GenAI, from solution conception and detailed refinement to implementation, model and prompt development, and production monitoring; • Maintain AI-driven processes, ensuring service execution and availability, as well as model accuracy and other performance metrics according to specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields with a strong quantitative and analytical foundation; • Experience working as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or in a similar role; • Knowledge of strategic management and project management. Experience in the financial sector is desirable; • Programming languages: Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with other development languages and programming frameworks is desirable; • Machine Learning: Knowledge and practical experience with machine learning algorithms; • Statistics: Strong foundation in descriptive and inferential statistics, hypothesis testing, and sampling; • Data visualization: Experience with self-service BI tools; • Tools and platforms: Familiarity with development environments such as Jupyter Notebooks and Google Colab. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS) is a plus; • MLOps (basic concepts): Understanding of how models are deployed to production, monitored, and maintained; • Prompt engineering: Knowledge of prompt formulation and optimization for large language models (LLMs).
