📋 Description

• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for new projects and for the support and maintenance of medium- and high-complexity systems • Participate in meetings with requesters and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business needs • Conduct testing and user acceptance activities, including test script preparation, execution, and monitoring of unit, load, and integration tests • Support user acceptance testing and automate tests using tools that streamline the process • Plan and monitor deployments through risk analysis, contingency and rollback plans, activity and ownership tracking, and schedules • Identify and resolve problems permanently or through workarounds, handling requests, tasks, service issues, and incidents • Propose improvements and fixes to ensure system availability, performance, and reliability • Document technical debt to support proper prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field in Technology • Knowledge of security, authentication, and version control • Knowledge of DB2 databases • Ability to gather functional and non-functional requirements • Knowledge of DB2 database query and optimization • Experience developing COBOL/CICS/DB2 applications and COBOL batch programs • Knowledge of COBOL, DevOps, .NET C#, and SQL Server (a plus) • Experience with Agile methodologies (a plus) • Intermediate English proficiency, particularly reading (a plus) • Knowledge of banking systems (a plus) • Knowledge of systems architecture (a plus) • Experience integrating and modernizing legacy systems and microservices (a plus)
