📋 Description

• Design AI agent orchestration workflows • Validate AI-generated architectural designs at the portfolio level • Provide technical leadership and strategic influence in software engineering • Design, write, debug, and maintain production code • Design and deliver distributed systems or enterprise-scale applications • Balance performance, security, resilience, and scalability with delivery pressures • Design AI-augmented Agile delivery workflows and AI governance frameworks • Serve as the technical lead for a solutions team • Keep up with the rapid evolution of AI coding assistants, AI code review tools, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to design AI agent orchestration workflows and AI harnesses, and to validate AI-generated architectural designs at the portfolio level • Deep knowledge of AI agent orchestration platforms, multi-agent systems architecture, context engineering, AI harnesses, and AI capabilities and limitations • Extensive commercial experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of technical leadership and strategic influence • Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns and portfolio-level systems thinking • Hands-on experience designing, writing, debugging, and maintaining production code • Experience designing and delivering distributed systems or enterprise-scale applications • Experience with enterprise-scale non-functional requirements engineering, including performance, security, resilience, and scalability • Experience designing AI-augmented Agile delivery workflows and AI governance frameworks • Experience with at least one modern backend language, such as Java, Python, or TypeScript/Node.js • Experience with a cloud platform, such as AWS • Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins or Bitbucket Pipelines • Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes • Broad knowledge across the technology stack • Practical knowledge of AI coding assistants, AI code review tools, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks • Experience with quality gates for AI-generated code and portfolio-level automated validation tools • Experience serving as the technical lead for a solutions team • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Mathematics, Chemistry, or a related field, or exceptional commercial experience leading system- or portfolio-level technical delivery in lieu of a degree
