📋 Description

• Develop and enhance screens and flows for web applications, translating product and design requirements into functional interfaces. • Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance interfaces from design prototypes. • Create and evolve reusable components aligned with the design system, maintaining visual and behavioral consistency across screens. • Integrate screens with backend services, properly handling loading, error, empty and permission states. • Participate in story refinement with product and design, highlighting infeasibilities, costs and simpler UX alternatives before committing to delivery. • Own end-to-end tasks of low to medium complexity with autonomy. • Ensure the quality of your deliverables: validate flows before pushing changes, prevent regressions and take care of the user-perceived performance. • Support the senior developer with the squad's priorities, unblocking tasks and reducing the team's backlog. • Monitor the behavior of screens in production and help investigate issues reported by users.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, related areas, or equivalent practical experience. • Experience with React and Next.js: professional experience building and maintaining applications. • Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript (typing, componentization, code organization). • Experience building interfaces with Tailwind CSS. • Experience using a design system / component library: ability to evolve and propose components, as well as consume them, always following existing patterns. • Experience with scalable component architecture. • Consumption of REST APIs, handling response states, errors and authentication. • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and best practices for responsive design. • Familiarity with Git in a collaborative workflow (branches, pull requests, code review).
