📋 Description
• We’re looking for an AI Research Scientist to join our AI Research Team in Milan. • You will push the boundaries of artificial intelligence, driving fundamental advancements in generative modeling, reinforcement learning, and multimodal reasoning. • Your work will directly shape the future of AI, leading groundbreaking research and translating insights into real-world impact.
🎯 Requirements
• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • At least 5 years of proven experience as an AI research engineer or more than 2 years of experience and a PhD • Proven record of contributing to AI publications, highlighting a keen understanding of cutting-edge research. • Expertise in generative modeling, including autoregressive transformers, diffusion models, or VAEs. • Expertise in reinforcement learning, particularly RLHF, multi-agent systems, or reward modeling. • Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX). • Deep understanding of experimental design, statistical significance testing, and large-scale A/B experimentation. • Contributions to ethical AI, including bias mitigation techniques, fairness metrics, or AI alignment research. • Experience with distributed training infrastructure (e.g., DeepSpeed, Megatron-LM, Lightning).
