• Support and develop aftermarket sales in France with a focus on development of authorized distributors, OEMs, and key accounts • Conduct regular customer visits, including several overnight travels within the region • Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams in Terrassa and Leuven to develop tailored solutions for customers • Connect with new potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones • Contribute to regional plans aligned with broader team goals • Work very closely with distributors to support their growth and ensure a positive customer experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Experienced in technical sales within B2B industrial environments • Experience working with indirect sales channels and distributor partnerships • Self-motivated, quick thinker and hunter with the ability to manage time and tasks with care and reliability • Fluent in French and English
