📋 Description

• Full responsibility: You manage all accounting and financial reporting under German Commercial Code (HGB) for our diverse clients. • Advisory partner: You provide well-founded support to our clients on all VAT matters in a clear, solution-oriented manner. • Financial closing expert: You independently prepare monthly and annual financial statements under HGB and ensure quality. • Strategic partner: You proactively communicate financial insights and provide valuable recommendations to our clients. • Process optimizer: You implement modern financial processes and quickly adapt to new tools (such as DATEV, SAP, or Navision).

🎯 Requirements

• Solid expertise: You have deep knowledge of HGB and a confident command of VAT law. • Experienced background: Several years of experience in accounting, ideally with exposure to the dynamic start-up environment. • Tool-agnostic: You work confidently with systems like DATEV or SAP and are comfortable learning new software environments. • Strong communicator: You translate complex numbers into clear strategies and present confidently to stakeholders. • Hands-on mentality: A proactive, solution-oriented approach comes naturally to you.
