📋 Description

• Evolve the UX/customer journey by proposing improvements that make the product more intuitive, accessible, and efficient • Adapt existing screens and flows for different customer profiles, especially those who do not use the system via API • Implement the prototype already in development (Figma) into performant, responsive interfaces • Integrate interfaces with REST APIs, ensuring consistency, security, and robust error handling • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to align on solutions, scope, and business impact • Uphold performance, accessibility, and quality (componentization, testing, code review, versioning, and deploy automation) • Balance short- and long-term priorities, making structural improvements while continuously delivering value

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+) • Proficiency with a modern UI framework (Angular or React) and its ecosystem (state management, routing, build tools) • Consuming REST APIs and faithfully interpreting Figma prototypes (design tokens, grids, measurements, specs) • Good practices for responsiveness, accessibility (basic WCAG), front-end security, and observability (logs/errors) • Experience with B2B software (complex flows, multiple user profiles, compliance) • Knowledge of databases (any technology) sufficient to read and understand data models and contracts • Mobile experience (advanced responsive design, PWA, or native/hybrid) is a plus • Back-end experience (Java or Python) to better exchange with APIs/contracts is a plus • Cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines are a plus • Experience with design systems (creating/adopting shared components) is a plus • Experience in mission-critical/high-volume environments and attention to performance (web vitals) is a plus
