📋 Description
• Respond to leads received by the company and manage negotiations through to closing • Conduct sales primarily via WhatsApp • Record contacts and organize follow-ups in the CRM • Work with monthly targets and performance tracking.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in sales, inside sales, or proactive customer outreach with a commercial focus • Comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems • Clear communication, strong negotiation skills, and a focus on closing deals • Organizational skills and discipline to manage your own schedule • Setup for remote work (laptop, headset, and stable internet) • Availability for a hybrid model (3 days remote and 2 days on-site in Belo Horizonte).
