• Map and identify key decision-makers for each commercial strategy; • Conduct on-site visits and meetings with clients and prospects throughout São Paulo; • Investigate pain points, needs and opportunities to propose targeted solutions; • Present the company's value proposition clearly, consultatively and strategically; • Negotiate and close new business; • Monitor the pipeline and ensure targets are met; • Strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction; • Monitor risks and anticipate solutions to drive retention and loyalty.
• Bachelor's degree (completed); • Intermediate conversational English; • Experience in consultative sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector; • Availability for a hybrid work model in São Paulo and for client visits; • Valid driver's license (Category B); owning a personal vehicle is a plus; • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build value-based connections and lead strategic negotiations; • Proactive, results-oriented profile with the ability to adapt to different business contexts; • Experience or knowledge of the automotive supply chain; • Ability to build long-term relationships with strategic customers; • Active participation in events and networking.
