📋 Description

• Company overview: Donorbox is a leading fundraising platform that helps nonprofits raise funds and manage donors. Donorbox is fully distributed with a 150-person team across 23+ countries. • The Role: Product Analyst - help product teams make data-driven decisions, define, implement, and analyze product metrics and data integrity. • Responsibilities: define/track metrics, analyze funnels, ensure data collection, support design and product teams, bridge Product and Data, monitor data quality, assist in A/B testing, dashboards for stakeholders. • Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years, GA4/GTM, Heap/Posthog/Pendo, A/B testing, SQL, data viz tools. • Bonus: data warehousing, startup experience, Python/R, UX/Product design, agile. • Details: Fully remote based in Latin America; Salary: $25k-$35k USD. • Benefits & Perks: list as above. • Application Process: 7 stages.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar data-focused role. • Deep expertise in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). • Hands-on experience with advanced product analytics tools like Heap, Posthog, or Pendo, including successful implementation and ongoing use. • Experience with A/B testing and feature rollout platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams. • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI). • Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.
