📋 Description

• As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you'll be the backbone of client support and case progression. • You'll guide clients through every step of their case, ensuring timely communication regarding appointments and deadlines. • Manage client files in case management software and meticulously track progress. • Work closely with law firm counterparts, insurance companies, and medical providers to ensure clients receive necessary legal and medical support. • Manage medical requests and treatment plans, ensuring adherence to prescribed schedules. • Adhere strictly to all software policies and procedures and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English at C1 level or above, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Extensive experience and deep knowledge of healthcare and legal processes within personal injury, including a working knowledge of medical records, legal documents, and HIPAA practices. • Minimum of two years of legal case management experience preferred, along with any prior insurance industry experience. • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and precision in filing. • Bilingual abilities are a significant plus. • Ability to work autonomously and seamlessly integrate into a team-oriented environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software and strong typing skills. • Willingness to learn new technologies and software essential. • A compassionate approach to client interaction, maintaining professionalism with attorneys, experts, and all stakeholders.
